Community polls

Polls are publicly browsable at /polls, including closed polls. Use the filters to switch between all, active, and closed polls, and sort by newest, last activity, or total voters.

Signed-out visitors can read poll titles, descriptions, and options, but voting requires a signed-in account. A player can submit one selection set per poll. Polls may allow changing an existing vote; votes cannot be withdrawn. The poll author can limit each vote to a fixed number of options or set the limit to 0 for unlimited selections.

Results are private while a poll is open: only players who have voted can see per-option counts and percentages. Everyone can see per-option results after the poll closes. Total voter counts remain public throughout.

Polls can run indefinitely when no end time is set. Root admins are the only users who can create, edit, close, reopen, or delete polls, using /admin/polls. Option labels and descriptions become locked after the first vote so the published choices remain auditable. The admin view also includes voter records for audit purposes.
